Yoga & Movement
Not sure if I found yoga or yoga found me. Either way it’s been my pillow to rest on (a nurturing soft presence). I often say jokingly that the practices saved me from going to prison…I think there’s some truth in those words. Needless to say I am a passionate yogini, Ayurvedic health practitioner and body-focused psychotherapist. I’ve worked with all walks of life in some fairly colourful settings and spaces lets just say. I am a social work by trade and a forever student. I love love love supporting folks to heal through food, art, breath work, nature, meditation and all things ancient, Eastern and witchy woo! I am a tea granny and a child wrap in one and appreciate keeping my life simple admits the modern chaos and beauty that is. I spend most of
my days in the kitchen, in the woods, and on my cushion. I love my work and love my people. I am dedicated to the art of living that is Ayurveda and yoga and feel honour to share my learnings and journey with many wonderful specimens.
