You're welcome to take photos and share your experience with friends and family, but please remember to ask for permission before taking someone's photo. When taking photos at the river or on the beach, please be respectful and use your discretion. We kindly ask that cameras be kept in their bags while on the beach. Please note that Rise Fest is a nude-friendly space, so if you plan to capture photo or video footage, please do so in a respectful manner. Posting nude photographs online could result in legal action, so please be mindful of others' privacy and consent.
By attending, performing, volunteering, or working at Rise Festival, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Your image, voice, performance, art, and likeness may be used for festival promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in your contract. This footage may be displayed or disseminated without your consent or compensation, and you release Rise Festival from any legal liability for such filming, photographing, or dissemination.
Please note that any media, photography, or video taken at the festival grounds is subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Rise Festival for promotional purposes.
